Job Details: Here at our clients practice based in Yorkshire they want you to have the best start possible to your career. As a growing practice they are looking for a new or recent graduate veterinary surgeon to join their friendly, supportive team.
They are a small, local practice based in Yorkshire with a loyal and established client base. Their experienced team is led by their JVP and veterinary surgeon, who set up the practice 7 years ago. They are joined by their second vet, and an experienced nursing and reception team.
Having established themselves as the ‘go-to’ veterinary care provider in the local area they see the interesting and varied caseload you would expect in a growing general practice. They also welcome visiting specialists in disciplines such as orthopaedics and imaging to keep as much of their caseload in house as possible. This, combined with the experience in the team means they will be able to work with you to provide a tailored induction program to make sure you always feel supported through the beginnings of life in practice and can build a solid clinical basis on which to develop your career. You will see a good mix of surgical and medical cases plus they offer extended appointments for their new team member and no sole charge will be required.
The role can be full or part time, with occasional Saturdays depending on the rota but no OOH.
