Salary: £35,000 – £60,000 DOE

Job Details: Growing all the time and seeing a variety of interesting surgical and medical cases, our client are now looking for an enthusiastic veterinary surgeon to join their existing team of 4 veterinary surgeons, 5 qualified veterinary nurses, 2 trainee veterinary nurses, 2 veterinary nursing assistants and 3 receptionists, all supported by their practice manager and admin manager.
The team are passionate, dedicated veterinary professionals who pride themselves on offering high standards of care while identifying areas to further improve and support each other both professionally and personally.
They have a varied caseload with plenty of opportunity to work up interesting cases and are well known in the local community, with our clients including a number of local charities. Our clients team are happy to mentor and support you. One of their practice owners is a cardiology certificate holder so there’s plenty of opportunity to learn new skills too!
They offer full or part time hours and are happy to discuss a rota that is flexible to your commitments, whether that be weekend only, childcare friendly, full or half days or whatever you require to achieve the work life balance you need. Not only is their rota flexible but the role can also be offered as a mixture of surgery and consultations or consultations only.
The practice itself is based in the heart of the community, in a thriving environment and is purpose-built with digital x-ray, blood pressure monitoring, full in-house lab and fully equipped operating theatre.
