Job Details: We are looking for a Veterinary Surgeon with experience to join our clients team in their first opinion small animal practice.
This is a permanent full-time position, but they will consider part time applications and flexible hours. The caseload is varied, and the role provides a mix of consulting and surgery. The role also involves 1 in 6 Saturdays. They concentrate on a good work life balance for all their employees, and they support all areas of development whether that be career progression or studying for certifications in areas of interest.

They are a 6-vet practice working with an experienced support staff team including 6 RVN’s. Their spacious, purpose-designed practice is fully equipped. In addition, they also have an on-site CT scanner, equipment for laparoscopic surgery and a dedicated dental suite with dental x-rays. One of their vets is currently studying for a certificate in surgery and they also have a certificate holder in ophthalmology and medicine.
This position would suit a vet with experience looking to develop clinically with a varied caseload using the excellent facilities and supportive team that they have. Already comfortable with first opinion consulting and surgery you are looking to develop your medical, surgical, and diagnostic imaging skills further. You may be wanting to study for a certificate, or you may already hold one
