Job Details: Our client is looking for a Veterinary Surgeon to join their team.
They are looking for a dynamic, small-animal veterinary surgeon to join them as they develop their multi-site group. The vets usually work between the hours of 8am – 6pm and most choose to work their 40 hours over 4 days, however, they are happy to accept both full and part-time candidates as they can offer great flexibility within this role as they understand how important a good work/life balance is. The branch location will be discussed at interview. There is a share of covering Saturday consulting sessions as well as some on-call for inpatients currently, this is 1:4 weekends, however, this is subject to change.

They have long established small animal, equine and farm practices across Norwich and East Anglia. You will be joining them at an exciting time as they start to transform and make changes to ensure their business is clinically fit and financially viable for the future. This transformation includes new ways of working, role development and enhancement and a defined clinical strategy with associated service development and growth for the entire team. They are committed to developing the clinical and support teams to ensure they can meet their short, medium, and long-term goals.
They have over 30 vets working across all disciplines and ranging from new graduates to established senior colleagues with many years of experience and knowledge to share with the team. The group has specialist-trained colleagues and services and internal referrals for Dermatology, Ophthalmology, Dental and Orthopaedic surgery. They are currently building and developing their nursing team with a multi-disciplinary programme of role review, development, and enhancement to better support the veterinary team. They also have a highly skilled support team to ensure the smooth running and management of each practice.
