Job Details: We have an exciting opportunity for a Veterinary Surgeon to join our clients friendly team based in Merseyside.
Our clients bright, very spacious surgery is purpose built to industry leading standards with excellent facilities including lab, operating theatres, pharmacy, digital x-ray and ultrasound. The team are passionate about providing the very best care for their clients and patients.
They are a growing practice with a good variety of cases and we’re keen to support suitable candidates to develop their skills and experience and any areas of special interest.
They have recently welcomed a new Clinical Director to the practice who is implementing new processes to drive the practice to its full potential. As a result they are looking for a Vet with good medical and surgical experience to work alongside the Clinical Director to help the practice grow. You’ll have strong communication and interpersonal skills and genuinely enjoy interacting with your clients and their animals.
The full time hours are up to a 40 hour week covering weekends on a rota. The practice is currently open 5 days per week and the position is a full time, however they may consider less than this for the right candidate. They are also looking to increase the practice opening days up to the weekend.
You’ll need to feel completely confident in sole charge but there is no OOH requirement. An interest in surgery is particularly welcomed as the practice matures.
