Our clients well-equipped surgery is purpose built to industry leading standards. Their practice is bright, spacious and air-conditioned and has state of the art equipment including digital X-ray, ultrasound, separate Dog, Cat and Exotic wards, and in-house laboratory facilities.
You will be working alongside their JVP (practice owner) who qualified in 2006, has grown the practice significantly since joining in 2020, and recognises the importance of providing the best veterinary care. You will also work with their other experienced veterinary surgeon, sharing the caseload of surgeries and consultations. Our clients exceptional nursing team bring with them a wealth of experience, are very involved in cases and are trained to perform Schedule 3 tasks. They also have an experienced, friendly and professional reception team.
You will be a dynamic and proactive Veterinary Surgeon with solid skills and comfortable with routine consultations and surgeries. Key to your success will be your ability to embrace all aspects of the role, delivering excellent patient and client care. You will be a strong team player and enjoy the variety the role will bring.
This role can be either full or part time, between 20-40 hours per week with a share of weekends (currently 1 in 3 Saturdays, 9am-4pm, with time off in the week to compensate).
