Veterinary Surgeon to complete the team at our clients practice!
Roles within this well-established team are hard to come by and they pride themselves on staff retention and work life balance as these are a couple of their key focuses. They know that everyone has demands and priorities outside of their career so their flexible approach to rota patterns and working hours will enhance your work life balance. They work their daily diary for you to have 2 hours for lunch and messages to ensure adequate time to keep on top of your caseload.
There is no OOH and the weekends are shared 1:5 with the following Friday off in lieu. They are looking for full time, however they are open to discuss part time and flexible working. Feedback from their vets has been very positive following recent diary and rota changes to support work life balance.
The practice has recently been refurbished to a high standard and they have an approachable established management team, who love to collate ideas with team members to make sure the practice is working well for them all.
The full team of experienced RVNs are confident in nurse led care and will prove to be invaluable in assisting with your diagnostics, patient care and procedures team!
They are an RCVS accredited practice as well as an ISFM Silver cat friendly clinic. The facilities include, four consulting rooms, two theatres, dental suite with X-ray, ultrasound, in house lab and digital X-ray. They are a young progressive practice, with a great friendly enthusiastic team. The USP is that they are a very stable practice that promotes excellent work life balance alongside a high standard of care.
They are an established team of 4 Veterinary Surgeons, 8 Nurses, 1 Head Nurse and 5 members on their support team. They also have an experienced and long standing Practice Manager who wants to continue to develop and grow this practice. They have one Medicine certificate holder and have the vision in practice of encouraging and supporting more certifications from any who hold interest in further development.
They are seeking a qualified Veterinary Surgeon who has a good grounding in routine surgeries and who is confident consulting. Having an innovative approach to the role fits with their team culture. They hope their newest Veterinary Surgeon will have excellent communications skills and a positive can-do attitude and is happy to become part of their collaborative team.
