The surgery currently consists of 4 Vets, 6 Nurses and 5 Client Care Advisors. The practice has an expanding, loyal client base and the practice is purpose built with state of the art equipment.
You will need to be a strong team player and enjoy the variety the role will bring. They are looking for a Veterinary Surgeon with innovative ideas, passion and energy. The successful candidate should have great communication and organisation skills and takes pride in working to a high standard. You will have an interest in and want to learn about the practice as a business as well as how to motivate a team to achieve their personal and practice goals.
This is a full time position, 40 hours per week, no on calls or OOH. The weekend rota will be 1 full weekend in 5 (Saturdays 8.45 am – 4.45 pm and Sundays 10.15 – 3.45 pm).
