Our client is looking for a Veterinary Surgeon to join their team.
Eden and Border Vets require a mixed or large animal veterinary surgeon to
join their team. They are lucky enough to have the flexibility to create a
tailored role for the right candidate, working across their two branches in
Longtown and Carlisle both within a 10-minute drive.

The salary for this role is up to £63,000 depending on experience+ 3K
relocation allowance.
The practice is located on the outskirts of the beautiful Lake District,
Hadrian’s wall and borderlands, there is ample opportunity to enjoy their
beautiful surroundings.

The philosophy is to treat clients’ pets as if they are their own, ensuring
their patients are as relaxed and comfortable as possible, making every vet
visit a pleasant experience for both owner and animal.
Across both Eden & Border they have a strong team of 8 Vets, supported by 4
registered veterinary nurses, 2 student veterinary nurses, 3 animal care
assistants and a Practice Manager, Farm Services Manager and a team of 6
highly skilled Receptionists. They currently have two vets working towards
certificates. CPD and professional development are encouraged in all
disciplines, they are also a nurse training practice.
This role can be tailored to suit a new graduate or a more experienced
Veterinary Surgeon. The main requirements are enthusiasm and desire to be part
of a caring, fun, and dedicated team who are always aiming to give a great
client experience and high-quality care to their patients.
