Job Details: We have an unmissable opportunity for a veterinary surgeon to join our clients friendly and welcoming team based in Cornwall.  

Our clients currently have an exciting opportunity for a talented Veterinary Surgeon to join their team. As a 100% small animal GP accredited practice with an Outstanding PSS Award for Client Service, they are at the heart of community life. Many of their clients have been with us for years, trusting us to take the best possible care of their extended family members. They take great pride in developing trusted relationships with these clients, and they truly believe that every animal deserves the most compassionate care. With three experienced small animal vets and visiting orthopaedic and cardiology specialists, they work collaboratively as a team to get things done. 

This is a unique opportunity to join a locally owned practice that benefits from a real sense of camaraderie. To make the most of this role, you will therefore have experience of working in practice, and you will have good medical and surgical skills. Bringing a down-to-earth approach to your work, you will be a friendly individual who has a great sense of humour. Crucially, you will be a team player who works well under pressure and enjoys a great deal of variety in every day. 

To help you balance your home commitments with your working life, you will be able to work the same four days every week, so that you will always know when your days off are. With no out-of-hours or Sunday work, they are happy to be flexible with rotas to accommodate your preferences, and while they would love you to join them in a full-time capacity, they are also willing to accommodate part-time work too. Quite simply, they want you to enjoy a genuinely fantastic work-life balance, and they appreciate that these small measures will enable you to make the most of the immeasurable benefits of living in the region.
