Job Description: Our client is seeking a compassionate and experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join their RCVS-accredited small animal practice in the beautiful Surrey countryside. This role is available as either full-time or part-time, with complete flexibility in hours to accommodate the candidate’s personal commitments or lifestyle preferences. Qualifications Needed:
- MRCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon
- Minimum 2 years of in-clinic veterinary experience preferred
- Strong skills in both medicine and surgery
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care
Package:
- 20–40 hour work week with flexible scheduling
- No out-of-hours or weekend work required
- 6.6 weeks annual leave including bank holidays (pro rata)
- Company sick pay: 2 weeks full, 2 weeks half, then SSP
- RCVS and VDS memberships fully paid
- One additional professional membership (e.g., BVA or BSAVA) covered
