They have a strong focus on preventative medicine and strive for high standards of patient and client care. Specialties and interests are encouraged and supported, and they are keen to facilitate clinical and professional development. As a Senior Vet you would be working with the practice leadership team to help drive the practice forward and helping to implement new initiatives, as well as mentoring and coaching other members of the team. There may be occasional shifts at one of the other branches if cover is required.
