Job Details: Our client in Norfolk are looking for a caring and conscientious Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their busy practice. The successful candidate will be joining a team of 6 vets, 4 registered veterinary nurses, 3 student nurses and 4 receptionists. This role is split between inpatient care, theatre, nurse consults and some reception and dispensary cover. Their ideal candidate will be confident in all areas of practice including prep, theatre, and nurse clinics. They encourage staff to pursue any special interests and offer a generous CPD allowance to allow you to keep studying.
This is a part-time role working 26 hours per week over 3 days, with holiday cover and 1:5 Saturdays up until 2/3 pm depending on emergency appointments. There is no OOH. The ideal start date is January 2023.
The surgery itself is in a modern, bright, purpose-built building, with a spacious waiting area, four consultation rooms including a dedicated nurse consult room, theatre, imaging room and a large prep area which allows a good view of the cattery, with kennels close by for easy monitoring.
