Job Details: Our client in Kent have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their team. The successful candidate would be the final piece to their wonderful nursing team. With day-to-day duties consisting of general nursing, assisting with theatre procedures, lab work, diagnostic imaging, nurse consultations, kennel duties, admits and discharges.
The role would be working 5 days per week on an alternating pattern of early (8-4pm) and late shift (11.30-7.30pm) and a clinics shift 9-5pm. No OOH and a day off in lieu for working 1:6 Saturdays.
The practice has a Clinical Director, 4 full time Vets, 10 RVNs, 2 SVNs, 2 ANAs, 6 Receptionists and a Practice Manager who was a Head nurse previously and has a passion for the client journey and her team.
Requirements: An experienced RVN, who enjoys all aspects of nursing and a varied caseload. An interest in feline behaviour and nursing would be beneficial to the practice. The right candidate will be committed to high standards of client and patient care, treating each pet as their own. They welcome a team player, keen to bring and share new ideas.
