Job Details:Our client are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their friendly team.Your day-to-day duties will include nurse clinics, inpatient care, anaesthesia, stock control, laboratory, and the option of schedule three duties. The role is full-time, working 40 hours over 5 days per week, between 8 am-7 pm Monday-Friday. There is a requirement to work 1:4 Saturdays between 8 am-12 pm. They offer the highest standards of first opinion care to small animals, investing in their practice, patient care and their team is important to us. Therefore, they would be keen to support your expertise and incorporate any areas of interest into the services their practice already provides. Both of their surgeries are fully equipped with all the usual toys including; in-house blood and lab facilities for routine work, dental radiography, ultrasound and x-ray facilities. The successful applicant will be joining their hardworking and valued team. Theypull together and support each other when things get difficult and are more like a family than co-workers! Their friendly team is 14 strong and consists of; 1 Clinical Director, 1 Vet, 1 Practice Manager, 1 Head Veterinary Nurse, 1 Registered Veterinary Nurse, 3 Student Veterinary Nurses, 5 Receptionists and 1 Animal Care Assistant.
Applicant Requirements
They are looking for a friendly and competent Registered Veterinary Nurse with a passion for patient care and client education. This position would suit an experienced RVN or a newly qualified nurse looking to gain experience in a supportive environment. Theirideal candidate will have exceptional people skills and be passionate about gold standard care. A driving license is essential to be able to travel between their2 branches.
