Job Description: Our client is seeking a Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join their newly refurbished, well-established practice. The practice offers a bright and welcoming reception area, two spacious consult rooms, and modern facilities, including a theatre and prep room. As the Lead Vet, you will have the autonomy to influence the clinical direction of the practice and be responsible for managing the caseload. You will work with a talented and supportive team, taking a leadership role in ensuring the delivery of high standards of care. The practice is situated with excellent transport links to central London and Gatwick Airport, offering ease of access for commuting and travel.
Responsibilities Includes:
- Deliver outstanding clinical care during consultations and surgeries, ensuring the best outcomes for patients
- Mentor and support a team of veterinary professionals, helping them develop their skills
- Provide clients with clear, compassionate updates on treatment plans and patient progress
- Contribute to shaping the strategic direction of the practice, driving future growth
- Maintain compliance with all operational and regulatory standards to ensure smooth practice operations
