Job Description: Our client is seeking a full-time Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join their progressive, client-focused practice. As the Lead Vet, you will oversee a well-established team, ensuring the continued success of the clinic and high-quality care for all animals. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in UK small animal practice, with strong proficiency in routine surgeries, medicine, and emergency care. An interest or experience in veterinary dentistry is preferred. The successful candidate will also possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to guide and support the clinical team, as well as exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with both clients and team members.
Package:
- 4-day work week with 1:3 Saturdays (with a day off in lieu).
