Job Description: Our client is hiring a Lead Veterinarian to work closely with the interim Medical Director in guiding the emergency and speciality team. This leadership position blends clinical excellence with operational oversight and seeks a forward-thinking individual who embodies compassion, collaboration, and the ability to lead by example.
Applicants must have at least two years of experience in emergency or high-volume veterinary practice. The ideal candidate brings emotional intelligence, strong leadership skills, and a passion for quality medicine. A Florida veterinary license (or eligibility to obtain one) is required. Prior leadership experience is advantageous.
In this role, you will manage clinical operations, mentor the veterinary and support teams, implement best practices, and help drive medical and business outcomes. You will also oversee compliance, client satisfaction, and training initiatives.
