- Oversee the delivery of patient care and mentor associate veterinarians
- Collaborate with the hospital manager on operational strategy and budgeting
- Guide the team through complex cases and medical protocols
- Conduct patient examinations and develop treatment plans
- Engage with clients to promote preventative care and client education
