This 3-month general practice mentorship program allows graduates to manage real-world cases while receiving personalized support from an experienced veterinarian mentor. With in-house diagnostics, digital imaging, and a strong team culture, the clinic offers a dynamic learning environment.
Applicants should be recent graduates (DVM/VMD) with a passion for companion animal care. The ideal candidate is committed to continuous improvement, collaborative teamwork, and delivering compassionate care. Previous externship or placement experience in small animal practice is beneficial.
Participants will be responsible for case management under supervision, participating in diagnostics, developing treatment plans, conducting routine surgeries, and communicating with clients effectively. Teamwork, professionalism, and enthusiasm for veterinary medicine are essential.
