Job Details: We are seeking a New Graduate Vet to join our clients friendly team based in Cardiff. 

Would you like to work in a supportive, forward-thinking practice that prides itself on being a great place to work? A practice where the priorities are excellent patient care, great customer service and a good work life balance. 

They are a busy first opinion practice and they see a very varied caseload. Their two branches based in Cardiff both have full surgical and diagnostic facilities including in-house laboratory equipment, ultrasound, digital x-rays including dental x-rays and anaesthetic monitoring equipment such as pulse oximeters and capnographs. They also have a therapeutic laser. 

They have a wonderful team of 8.5 FTE vets and 2 recent graduate vets as well as an experienced nursing team of 11 FTE nurses plus 3 student nurses, 4 nursing assistants and reception team. 

As part of the Graduate Development Programme, you will be able to embrace a blended learning approach of training days, in-house mentoring, CPD and clinical practice, creating a varied platform for you to grow and develop as a Veterinary Surgeon. You will be offered both supportive 1-to-1 and group mentoring sessions, for engagement and interaction, as you develop an invaluable skillset. From surgical/medical experience, to enjoying teamwork, providing refined customer service, and gaining business knowledge to support the security of great patient care.
