In this position, your responsibilities will include:
- Provide leadership and mentorship to veterinary and nursing teams
- Help shape and implement clinical strategies
- Collaborate with senior managers on business and operational goals
- Support training, development, and clinical standards
- Take an active role in recruitment and team building
Package:
- Full-time role across 4 days per week, totaling 40 hours
- Weekend duty on a fair 1 in 10 to 12 rotation
- Weekday evening on-call involves inpatients only, no client-facing duties
