Job Details: Our client is looking for a Clinical Director to join their team. They have an exciting new opportunity for a Veterinary Surgeon to join their team! This is a fantastic opportunity for a Vet looking to join a supportive practice, working in whatever way they feel comfortable. They are happy to accommodate a consult-only role if this is your preference and you will have access to the expertise of experienced clinicians and advanced practitioners.
They are happy to offer a very flexible working options working between 10-38 hours per week. Out-of-hours shifts are available in the evenings between 6:30pm – 9 pm and at weekends 8:30am – 5 pm, however, there are opt-out options. The flexible approach to rota patterns and working hours truly tips the scale on your work life balance. They know that everyone has demands and priorities outside of their career and they want to make it brilliantly easy for you to strike the right balance. Whether you need to do the school pick up, need reduced hours during school holidays or would simply like a more flexible rota pattern they can fix or flex their patterns to suit you
The modern practice is equipped with fantastic facilities and they have a brilliant team. They are a training practice providing their staff with ample support to ease into the team and gain experience. They have 12 vets, mostly
working part time making use of the flexible rota pattern they offer, and an experienced nursing and support team. They have certificate holders in cardiology, medicine, surgery, ophthalmology, and diploma holders in general anaesthesia so they can support you and develop your skills. The team get together for a meal and clinical discussion every two months. They have a good social life within the practice as well as great connections with local referral practices.
