Salary: Salary from £50-60k, DOE

Type of Work: Clinical Director
Would you like to help a practice grow and improve? This clinic are looking for a Clinical Director to work with their team to help make the practice the best they can be. You would be based at their Thetford branch in beautiful Norfolk, working with Hannah and Jo (their existing Clinical Directors), and Claire and Jo (their wonderful Practice Managers) to manage their 3 branches – with the other 2 being in charming market towns in North Suffolk.
Based at their branch in Thetford, there are plenty of local activities and things to get up to in your downtime. From the adrenaline rush of Go Ape to the gentle walks around Thetford Priory and Lynford Arboretum, this is the perfect place for nature lovers.
They are in a great location for getting into London, Cambridge, or Norwich, with good rail links to the rest of the UK, and Stansted and Southend airports both within easy reach, giving you a whole bunch of places to explore.

Their full-time vets work a 4-day week (36 hours) and participate in a 1 in 10-12 out-of-hours rota (covering out-of-hours until 10pm weekdays, and 5pm weekends) with a Friday off the week after a weekend on-call. Their current Clinical Directors get 1 day a week of admin time, but this is flexible if you feel that you need more, or that you’d rather spend more of your time in clinical work. In addition to our two very experienced practice managers, they also have a fantastic admin team across all three branches.

Salary from £50-60k depending on experience, with opportunities to develop. Plus, you will be reimbursed with extra pay for out-of-hours work and second on-call weekend duties.
