Job Details:Are you an experienced vet looking for the next step in your career? Do you want to grow and develop a practice with great potential, providing clinical excellence and high-quality care while working with your practice team to promote yours and their development?
As Director of Clinical Services,you will be working with afantastic, vibrant team to do just this.
Our Client are looking for an experienced vet to continue to take their practice from strength to strength. As well as providing high quality service to clients and the best possible care to their pets, they are also passionate about developing the team and nurturing their culture of collaboration, respect, and integrity.
You will play an integral part of this both through structured 1:1s, team meetings and informally in your day-to-day work. They would love the find someone with an open-minded approach to veterinary practice who will embrace possible new ways of working to ensure they are always providing the most up to date treatment options and employment opportunities as well.
The practice is situated in Kirkcaldy, in the eastern central lowlands on the Firth of Tay estuary. Youll not have to travel far to find yourself surrounded by the beautiful Scottish scenery while getting all the benefits of city living.
Skills Requirements:This rewarding position can be full or part time and our client are open to discussion regarding hours and flexibility. They want to make this position work the best way it can for you and your commitments. There are no OOHs requirements and you will need to be confident sole charge. As Lead Vet, you will have the clinical freedom to build on your interests no matter what they might be.
