Jobs Details: This Animal Hospital in Bohemia, NY is looking for a Board Certified Surgeon or surgical residency trained clinician to join their thriving hospital!
They are a 24-hour specialty and emergency hospital with two locations in Bohemia and Farmingdale on Long Island, NY. This position is primarily in their Bohemia location, but you’ll work closely with the Farmingdale team too!
The successful candidate will be an experienced surgical specialist who will add their own dynamic abilities and personality to their high quality, expert staff.
This position offers:
– Guaranteed base salary of $250k plus production – earning potential over $300k
– $50k sign on/retention bonus
– Relocation assistance if required
Their Medical Director at Bohemia is a board certified cardiologist and pioneer in his field. In addition to heading the cardiology service and acting as program director for the ACVIM-approved Cardiology residency and internship programs, he is also doing research on degenerative mitral and tricuspid valve disease. This is a great environment to continue research outside of the university setting if that is something you are passionate about.
