Job Details: This Animal Hospital located in Chicago, IL is looking for an associate veterinarian who enjoys practicing advanced medicine with a cohesive, tenured team.
The Practice is seeking a people-oriented DVM (PT or FT 20 – 30+ hrs/wk) to join their team of four veterinarians and 25+ member support team. Experience in feline medicine/surgery desired, ABVP boarded in feline a plus, feline-enthusiastic new grads considered. They are a fully equipped AAHA accredited, AAFP Gold Standard Cat Friendly Practice with a strong focus on internal medicine. They are keen on introducing technology and working with local shelters. Applicants must have a strong interest in and passion for feline internal medicine/behavior/surgery, and must be outgoing team players with good communication skills. Dental and abdominal ultrasound skills a plus.
The Practice is open 6 days/week; their DVMs enjoy a 4 day work week, with an emphasis on work-life balance so they can feel purrfectly prepared to face their busy days well rested and energized!
