Jobs Details: This opportunity is available in a well-established hospital. They support a thriving caseload with their family of veterinary professionals. The team provides exemplary medical and surgical services to an expanding client base. They enjoy working together through their cases and supporting one another with their own unique experience and knowledge. The Hospital has in house Laboratory equipment, digital radiographs, high quality ultrasound and a strong support staff. The team enjoy mentoring motivated and enthusiastic new graduates.
Full-time and Part-time/On-Call positions available. The Hospital is open 6 days/week for regular care and they offer 24hr emergency care, four nights a week. The full time DVM position includes a 4-day work week including 1 weekend day.
Located in beautiful northern California, the area is rich with a wide variety of outdoor recreational activities. Located very close to Shasta Lake, Whiskeytown Lake, Mount Lassen and Mount Shasta, with a short drive, there is so much to see and do! The area has wonderful hiking and biking trails, swimming, fishing, water skiing and snow skiing, and so much more.
They have a low cost of living, with no traffic to block your drive or cost additional time in a commute. Approximately a 3 hour drive to Sacramento, the pacific west coast, and the mountains.
