Job Details: This Animal Practice is looking for an Associate Veterinarian to join their AAHA accredited practice located in Northwest Tucson, AZ!
They provide the community with both primary and urgent care services using cat-friendly and low-stress techniques. Along with serving their cherished clients and patients, their veterinarians make a great difference in their community as they are partnered with many local rescue organizations.
The 6 veterinarians enjoy a fast-paced and varied caseload supported by an experienced and dedicated team. The mentoring program sets new DVMs up for success, enabling them to learn while contributing to the success of the team. New veterinarians can expect the Medical Director‘s mentorship as well as support from their other experienced Associate Veterinarians.
Professional fulfillment is important, but they maintain a focus on work/life balance. Flexible scheduling affords their DVMs that balance. As a team, they are close-knit and try to support each other to prevent burnout, compassion fatigue, and/or the other issues that plague their field.
