Small Animal Associate Vet Surgeon Job, Queensland, Australia

Small Animal Associate Vet Surgeon Job, Queensland, Australia

Job Details: Our clients are moving to a brand new co-located clinic in September. The new clinic will be bigger and better and they need two new vets to join their team.

The role will suit a vet with the desire to continue providing an exceptional standard of patient care to our clients longstanding and growing clientele.

They are a close and friendly team, extremely driven and hardworking; they believe a can-do attitude goes a long way and make sure they are always supporting one another in any way they can. They are committed to professional development, mental health awareness and a guaranteed work life balance.

The new location has 4 consult rooms and all the equipment you could want in a newly built practice. This includes ultrasound, digital x-ray including dental x-ray, in-house pathology, orthopaedic equipment, ICU, separate canine and feline waiting areas. You name it and this clinic most likely has it.

The role would suit a veterinarian with the ability to work efficiently, both independently and as part of the team.

Their team are a hard-working team that follow a “all hands in” approach. They value initiative, learning and accountability and are always looking to provide gold standards of patient care to their clients.

Special interests within the practice include surgery including orthopaedics, behaviour, medicine and pathology.

Package:

They offer a range of benefits that make working with them attractive. These include a competitive salary package and benefits that are commensurate with your experience. They understand the importance of work-life balance, so they provide flexible school and family-friendly working arrangements, including the option for school hour rostering. They are committed to helping their employees grow professionally, which is why they guarantee leadership development and mentoring opportunities. Additionally, they cover the costs of AVA & Vin Memberships, and offer paid parental leave. As part of their commitment to the well-being of their employees. For those who require relocation, they offer a Relocation Support Package to assist with the transition.
