Job Description: Our client is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic veterinary technician or nurse to join their vibrant mixed-animal practice. Located in a stunning outdoor paradise, this role is perfect for someone who values a balance between meaningful work and adventurous living. They are looking for a team-oriented individual with experience or interest in mixed-animal practice. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to deepen your technical skills, you’ll find mentorship, variety, and growth opportunities in a clinic that handles everything from dogs and cats to cattle, horses, and even the occasional exotic.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Assist in small and large animal care, including exams, surgeries, diagnostics, and treatments
  • Support the veterinary team with advanced procedures such as endoscopy, orthopedic surgeries, and COHAT
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure excellent communication with clients
  • Provide compassionate care in a fear-reducing and low-stress environment
  • Help manage clinic flow, prepping equipment and exam rooms as needed
