Job Description: Our client is looking for a newly graduated veterinarian to join their immersive Mentorship Program, offering a combination of small and large animal experience. This full-time position supports the professional development of new graduates through a structured and supportive learning environment. The mentorship is tailored for those interested in ambulatory large animal care as well as in-clinic small animal services.
The program includes a 3- or 6-month mentorship track and access to radiographs, ultrasound, and mobile unit diagnostics, supporting a wide range of patient needs.
In this position, your responsibilities will include:
- Engage in both in-hospital and ambulatory care alongside experienced mentors
- Collaborate closely with veterinary professionals and support teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Strengthen client communication and teamwork skills in a clinical setting
- Receive guided experience in diagnostics, case management, and treatment protocols
- Provide compassionate, high-quality veterinary services across various animal species
