Job Details: A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Head Nurse to join our client’s team in Dorset. They are seeking a motivated RVN with an enthusiastic nature looking to develop their management skills and progress within their career.
They are looking for an experienced RVN who shares their passion for delivering outstanding service and care for clients and patients. The successful candidate will either have previous Head Nurse experience and be confident leading a team or an experienced RVN who is now ready to take the next step into a Head Nurse position. The ideal candidate will have clinical coaching experience or are keen to support and develop their student nurses and not be afraid to get stuck in with the duties and lead by example. You will be fully supported within your move and they will offer full management training with their dedicated in-house internal training team.
They have 2 theatres, orthopaedic equipment, ultrasound, radiography, in-house laboratory and a separate dental room. They have separate dog, cat and isolation wards and 3 consulting rooms. Nurse consults are supported and encouraged.
