Job Details: This fantastic team are looking to grow their dairy veterinary team in Abbotsford, BC, Canada. They have a lot to offer new grads or any other experience-level colleagues who are looking for a change/continue working in the large animal medicine field! Large Animal Associate Veterinarian Farm (90% Dairy, 5% Beef, 5% Small Ruminant)
The team consists of 7 food animal veterinarians, one poultry PhD, an office manager, full staff Client Care team, two members of the embryo marketing team and three embryologists working in an advanced bovine reproduction lab.
They place an emphasis on preventative and curative dairy herd medicine/surgery with an option for advanced bovine repro (ET, IVF) and client education. They provide preventative and curative complete herd health and poultry health services with value added production data analysis, client education including, but not limited to, animal handling and employee training, calf health programs (+ calf lung ultrasounds), cow comfort consultation and R&D projects.
In addition to providing comprehensive herd health work with value-added services, this clinic also offers complete bovine IVF services across Western Canada using their own certified lab in embryo culture work.
