Job Description: Our client is offering an immersive Equine Ambulatory Internship designed to provide interns with hands-on experience in real-world equine veterinary practice. This unique opportunity allows the intern to rotate across a wide spectrum of ambulatory services including sports medicine, general care, and emergency response. Interns will be mentored by a team of experienced veterinarians with advanced training in lameness, dentistry, acupuncture, and spinal manipulation.
The internship includes exposure to the operational side of veterinary medicine, such as HR, bookkeeping, inventory, and billing, providing an all-around understanding of running a practice. Interns will be supported in their learning and encouraged to gain independence throughout the year, ensuring that they finish as confident, skilled ambulatory veterinarians ready for the next step in their career.
